Interested in earning some survey money? The idea of getting paid for completing a survey is not new. Many companies seek feedback on their products and services from their customers and spend millions of dollars each year doing so. In the past this was done in person, via mail or over the telephone. These days much of it is done online.

There are 2 main ways to take advantage of this and earn yourself some cash in your spare time.;

1) You can locate and find many of the hundreds of market research companies that are looking for people to complete their surveys. This works fine but it very time consuming and somewhat boring.

2) You can join several of the paid survey sites that act as a middleman between you and the market research companies. They will notify you of all the available surveys and offers so you don’t have to go looking for them. For this service they typically keep a small percentage of the fee paid by the market research companies.

I have personally followed the second method and am happy with my results. If you have a spare half hour or so a day and would like to earn some money while you are online then register at several paid survey sites and get started.

Online survey work is a great way to make some extra money from home. Some people however have trouble finding a large enough number of surveys for them to make the amount of money they would like or even the right type of survey for them to participate in.

Here are some tips I use to find more surveys and make more money;

1) Register at more than one survey site. This may sound obvious, but you would be surprised at how many people just sign up at one place. The more sites you become a member of the more opportunities you will have to make some money.

2) Use Roboform. This is a software program that allows you to store your name, email address, phone number etc. and it will automatically fill in this information for you so you don’t have to type it in all the time. This allows you to complete each survey quicker – or just do more surveys!

3) Check your email every day. When you sign up with a paid survey site you will need to enter your email address so they can let you know what surveys are available. If you check it everyday you wont miss out on the popular ones that only run for a limited time.

These are just a few ideas to help you find more surveys to participate in and hopefully make some more money. If you haven’t already joined Paid Surveys Etc, then do it now as they are one of the better sites for online survey work that I’ve found.

If you’re new to the idea of getting paid to complete surveys you may have heard stories about how many online survey companies are scams and that no one makes any money doing this. While there are no doubt scams out there, there are also a lot of legitimate companies as well as people who do make money completing surveys from home – including me!

When looking for a company to sign up with you will no doubt come across two basic types of sites. The first type is not actually a paid survey site at all, but rather is just trying to sell you a list of other paid survey sites. This is not necessarily bad, as it can save you time in trying to find them yourself, but it will cost you money, not earn you any, which is the opposite of what you are trying to do right?

The second type of sites are the actual paid survey sites. They will require to you register with them and provide your details such name, home and email address. You will then be able to login and see what surveys and offers are available for you to complete. They will be free to join and should have a forum or FAQ to get you started and help you earning as quick as possible.

The site that I use and that has earned me the most survey cash is Paid Surveys Etc. If you are over 13, live almost anywhere in the world and have a half hour or so each day, you can earn a couple of hundred bucks a month.
